Back Office Officer - Onboarding

We are looking for Back Office Officer to join our Team in Melbourne

**Responsibilites**:

- Verification of clients
- Request validate and approve documents as part of the KYC onboarding process
- Ensure the company's strong KYC and AML procedures are strictly followed
- Review screening alerts for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Sanctions, and Adverse Media in a timely and diligent manner
- Investigating and responding to AML and transaction monitoring alerts
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills in assessing risks of prospective clients
- Document authenticity verification using available software and provided training

**Requirements**:

- Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus
- English language - intermediate
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule
- Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
