**The Role**:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Floor Supervisor** to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth service and fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and team members. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Oversee front-of-house service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Support team members on the floor, providing guidance and encouragement.
- Assist with staff onboarding, training, and day-to-day scheduling.
- Act as a point of contact for guest feedback and promptly resolve any issues.
- Maintain a focus on presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve operations.

**About You**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of wine and food service is a must.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A hands-on approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Calm under pressure and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
