A new opportunity has opened for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis.
**Your new role**
Your new position as Legal Secretary is a diverse role, and you will demonstrate a strong desire to provide quality support and assistance to all members of the wider team.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Preparation and amendments of legal documentation
- Draft and distribution of correspondence
- Liaise with clients and external providers
- Dictation
- General administrative support as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
- Previous Legal Secretarial experience
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- MS Suite proficiency (intermediate/advanced)
- Exceptional time management/ organisational skills
- High attention to detail
