About the Role

As an Legal Administration Assistant, you will be a customer service superstar and play a key role in supporting our dynamic, friendly and inclusive professional team in Adelaide. You will work closely with our Legal Assistants and Solicitors to provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending to in-bound calls and general reception duties.
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents and forms.
  • Managing all in office duties including procurement of stationery and pantry items, postage and delivery service.
  • Electronic and manual filing.
  • Undertaking data entry.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as requested.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role (office preferable).
  • Be proactive and conscientious.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency legal research databases (desired but not essential).
