**The Role**

As a positive and proactive legal assistant, you will be able to draw on your experience enabling you to provide support to a highly regarded Partner and their team. Work on matters including Construction and Infrastructure, Dispute Resolution, Energy and Resources and Government Planning and Environment.

**Duties**
- Opening and closing matters
- Organising and confirming meetings and appointments
- Preparing legal documents and drafting correspondence
- File management
- General administration

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 12 months up to date experience working within a law firm as a legal assistant
- Is professional, enthusiastic and great with clients and colleagues
- Able to anticipate the needs of the team and take a proactive approach to their work
- Has outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
- Has great energy and is highly motivated
- Good technical skills
