Public Sector specialists Osborne Richardson are partnering with Queenslands State Government to bring you this exciting opportunity.

The states leading vocational education and training body are seeking the services of experienced Desktop Publishers for multiple vacancies.

These roles will be on an initial 6-month full-time contract with ongoing extension possilibilities, set to start immediately.

The Desktop Publisher will be responsible for:
Producing professional teaching and learning resources and documents using supplied text and graphic files
Designing templates and arrange layouts using desktop publishing packages
Assist with the moderation of learning resources including copyright compliance

To be considered for these roles, you will have;
Demonstrated experience in using desktop publishing packages and tools
Ability to design and layout supplied text and graphics creatively, with versatility and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Good visual, spoken and written communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Basic understanding of copyright and intellectual property as relevant to the production of teaching and learning resources
