About the Role
**Duties will include**:
- Undertake project planning, analysis, integrate project activities and evaluate the impact of projects and initiatives to ensure identified needs are met.
- Identify emerging issues that may impact on the activities of the new school and coordinate the development of approved management approaches.
- Proactively build and maintain positive relationships, including consultation, negotiation and communication with internal and external clients, networks, stakeholders and service providers.
- Advise the Principal on all aspects of design and production, including the selection of appropriate communication tools, publishing processes and procedures, timelines and scheduling.
- Provide quality control, creative solutions, concepts and finished designs for the new school project that assist in the development of Communications and Marketing and effective visual direction of the new school.
- Maintain procedures and standards to ensure that new school publications, digital presence and promotional products achieve market objectives and communicate effectively to a target audience, while maintaining quality assurance standards for graphic design, illustration, desktop publishing, editing, photography, video, animation and proofreading across a range of media.
- Project manage to ensure all activities have timely and cost effective outcomes.
- Provide advice to the Principal by analysing their specific communication and marketing needs, and assisting in the planning, development and implementation of creative strategies that effectively engage targeted audience.
- Promote and market the activities and services of the new school including expertise, resources and procedures to the school community.
- Plan and deliver creative strategies to drive open days, enrolment campaigns and other events.
- Manage competing priorities and demands and ensure a high standard, on-time delivery of products and excellent client service.
**A mandatory requirement of this role is**:
- In accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 a person is prohibited from working in regulated child-related employment unless the person holds a current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
