**Job Summary**

Due to our continued growth, we are in need of another highly capable Customer Service Manager to assist our small team in the day-to-day management of our clients and jobs.

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

- High degree of organisation and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attitude and work ethic
- Some knowledge in a related field would be an advantage, but is not essential (digital printing, events, exhibition, creative concepts, graphic design, in-store demonstrations)
- ...and a sense of humour is essential

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Direct dealing with clients who have placed an order with one of our salespeople
- Raising and managing client orders within our in-house job management system
- Monitoring jobs through production system to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time despatch
- Liaising with our sales and production teams
- Placing product orders with key suppliers
- Arranging Freight and following up with freight-related matters

We are constantly working to deadlines, so all our staff are great at keeping up Our office environment is fast-paced as we manage a multitude of individual clients and jobs each day, and we are always working on something interesting.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
