We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Customer Service team at our Artarmon Branch. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our Branch Manager and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
- Act as a conduit between customers and the organization, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of the branch.
- Collaborate with the team to address customer concerns and inquiries, finding suitable resolutions.
- Contribute to administrative tasks, including invoicing, job authorities, and maintaining accurate records.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.24 - $30.86 per hour
