As we continue to elevate the standard of excellence, we are looking for a dedicated Facilities Manager to join the team and take ownership of this exceptional property, supported by an onsite Senior FM on a key client account; Charter Hall.
**The Opportunity**:
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations, maintenance and overall performance of this ultra-premium asset. You will be responsible for ensuring all buildings are meticulously maintained, all systems are fully functional, and every experience within the property is flawless. This is a hands on, dynamic role that requires a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional excellence.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of the asset to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety
- Work within a climate active carbon neutral building, creating a new benchmark in workplace experience including high quality facilities and innovative technology
- Support a Senior Facilities Manager to ensure a smooth transition from development to practical completion including DLP and post DLP stage
- Assist with managing any integrated fitouts during DLP
**About You**:
- Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within A-grade or premium assets
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and deliver operational success
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards
