**How will I help?**

Our Organisational Development team within Westpac’s Specialist Business Division is currently seeking support to the Head of Organisational Development across a range of deliverables to embed and uplift BT’s culture and values. You will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking business who are passionate about how their culture and leaders who can enable employees, to be the best they can be.

As a Culture & Leadership Manager, you will:

- Work closely with the Head of Organisational Development to partner with the business and support leaders and people build a people focussed, high performing and innovative culture, through designing and executing on key cultural initiatives
- Support the design and delivery of prioritised culture, inclusion and people experience interventions (to enable execution of the BT People strategy) and partner with relevant business leaders and culture champions to ensure intervention design objectives are met
- Define and track relevant metrics for both the implementation and effectiveness of culture, inclusion and people experience initiatives to report on progress and take corrective action as needed
- Be an effective team member through a focus on strong engagement, development of capabilities, competencies and skills
- Consulting with all stakeholders to understand strategic enterprise, divisional and operational requirements and how that may influence the development of our initiatives and projects **.**:

- Work collaboratively with a broad group of stakeholders, including:

- Other HR CoE partners (e.g., Reward, Performance, Talent, Sourcing, HR Technology)
- Group Capability teams
- HR Executive Team and Heads of HR
- Business Leaders
- Other key program teams e.g., Customer Outcomes & Risk Excellence (CORE)
- External parties and suppliers.
- Leverage best practice project management methodologies to manage multiple streams concurrently, manage budgets, and identification of risks and issues as relevant.
- Drive continuous improvement and value for the customer through the development and delivery of our projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements and standards, as they relate to culture and leadership and our organisational processes.

**What do I need?**
- At least 3 years’ experience in Culture & Leadership and/or Organisation Development (OD)/learning role or a role with transferable skills. Some culture measurement experience is an advantage.
- Understanding and experience in Risk Culture, regulatory landscape and/or risk / compliance projects is highly desirable.
- High level project management skills and highly organised.
- Can bring diverse perspectives, experiences, and knowledge to the role to help create value for the customer.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Efficient consulting skills - an ability to understand the business, the business challenges and realise this into clear solutions.
- Flexibility - proven ability to remain flexible and adaptable in environment of constant change.
- Curiosity - constantly seeks to understand why things are, questions how they could be better, always learning and trying to improve.
