Early Childhood Teacher – Leadership Role

Location: Sydney CBD

Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm (3–5 years room)

Salary: $96K – $130K + Leadership Allowance

Leave: 6–7 weeks per year

Contract: Full-time

Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a leadership role?

About the Role We are seeking an inspiring Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to take on a leadership position in our 3–5 year-old room, acting as the Responsible Person (RP)  within a passionate and supportive team.

.You'll lead with purpose, supported by experienced mentors, and work in a vibrant, purpose-built space filled with high-quality resources.

You'll Need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
  • NESA registration (Proficient Teacher or higher)
  • 2+ years' experience in an early learning setting
  • Current WWCC
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Child Protection and Safe Food Supervisor training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice
  • Leadership potential with high-level interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Full Australian working rights
