We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Leadership & Talent Manager, **in our internal Leadership and Talent team.

The role is focussed on managing a portfolio of Leadership and Talent (L&T) programs, being a trusted partner and adviser on divisional leadership and talent needs, reviewing offerings to ensure they are fit for purpose, fit for future, and align to our firm and Capability, Leadership, Talent and Culture (CLTC) functional strategic vision and core pillars. The role is a mix of solution design, program and change management, partnering, relationship management (divisional contacts, business leaders, vendors/suppliers, and People & Inclusion (HR) peers) and implementation (including Evaluation, Reporting and Data/Trend analysis).

**Your Opportunity**

Forming part of the Leadership and Talent team this role will play a key role in the deployment of Talent & Leadership solutions for the firm. In this role you will:

- Own and manage a Leadership & Talent portfolio of work including the end-to-end design, deployment, associated budget, and continuous improvement (including Risk and Quality lenses) of your portfolio
- Leveraging learning and workforce data and analytics, partner across P&I to provide trusted advice and recommendations on Leadership & Talent solutions and outcomes to nominated Division/s
- Contribute to the success of the entire Capability, Leadership, Talent and Culture Team, by role modelling values-led behaviours and inclusion, supporting team members, and proactively contributing to the L&T leadership team
- Fulfil the duties of a Performance Development Manager (PDM) by proactively coaching your direct report/s
- Manage relationships and contractual requirements with nominated Vendors/suppliers adhering to KPMG policies and approach
- Keep abreast of macro and micro trends in areas such as Leadership and Talent development, future of work, innovation and transformation

**Qualifications** Your Experience**

This is a high-energy leadership role with a number of key stakeholders. To keep pace with the T&L strategy, you'll need the following:

- Experience in leadership/executive development, learning and development and/or organisation development/talent management
- Demonstrated experience leading teams to design and implement innovative, world-class learning, leadership and capability development solutions
- Understanding of design thinking and customer centred design (CCD) is highly desirable
- Strong partnering skills to build effective working relationships and assimilate information efficiently at all levels
- Strong consulting skills - ability to understand the business, the challenges and realise this into clear solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence to outcomes
- Organisational Psychology qualification desired
- Experience working with leadership, psychometric and diagnostic tools e.g. The Leadership Circle
- Avid learner and deep passion for organisational and leadership development
- Independent thinker and purpose driven
- Ability to drive your own projects
