We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to step into a senior leadership role with real impact, clear career growth, and the support of a collaborative, high-performing team.

**Why This Role?**

As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team within the NHVR’s Legal Services Unit, deliver strategic advice, and help steer the legal direction of a national regulator. From major contracts and property to insurance, your work will end up touching every corner of the organisation.

You’ll work closely with the Director, Legal Services to:

- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals in the Property and Commercial team within the Legal Services Unit
- Oversee commercial, procurement, IP, insurance, and property legal matters
- Contribute to contract and lease management strategies
- Manage legal risk and support strategic decisions
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive a positive team culture

**What You’ll Bring**
- Admission to practice law in Australia
- 10+ years’ legal experience (commercial/property law or government)
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinking, sound judgement, and a practical mindset
