About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Darveniza Group Team.  We are seeking an Industrial & Commercial Property & Leasing Manager.  You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties, ensuring they are effectively leased and managed.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties.
  2. Liaise with agents on marketing and negotiating new leases
  3. Liaise with the legal teams to manage leasing matters
  4. Liaise with the management team on lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant vacating make good
  5. Liaise with tenants to address any property-related issues and ensure compliance with lease agreements
  6. Prepare reports for regular management meetings

What we're looking for

  1. Ten plus years experience in industrial and/or commercial property management
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with tenants and service providers
  3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple properties
  4. Very knowledgeable of property-related legislation, including leasing and tenancy laws
  5. Proficient in using property management software and MS Office suite.  Interested in new technology to improve Property Management
