**The Opportunity**:
Exciting Opportunity in a Rapidly Growing Environment Join our dynamic team as a Rental Sales Representative for Komatsu. As we experience extensive growth, you'll play a crucial role in expanding rental sales across the thriving regions of Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, and Coffs Harbour.

In this high-energy position, you'll have the opportunity to present and negotiate innovative Komatsu Rental solutions, targeting key customers and securing new accounts to drive remarkable revenue growth. Additionally, you will be a driving force in increasing Smart Construction sales, championing the adoption of cutting-edge technology in the construction industry.

Your expertise will not only contribute to our success but also enable you to guide and support our Regional Sales Team, optimising asset utilisation and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.

**What we are looking for**:

- 5+ years Sales/Rental experience in earthmoving, construction, utility, mining equipment, or quarry
- Dedication to customer service and a history of building lasting customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite of products
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Organised, self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality of outcomes
