**The Opportunity**:
Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. We're looking for individuals who not only meet customer expectations but also align with our company values.

The main objective of the role is to service the needs of the broad customer base throughout the allocated region, predominantly major mining customers as well as large and medium sized contractors and construction companies in all parts sales and enquiries.

**Role Located: Brisbane**

**What we are looking for**:

- Meets both customer and company expectations to a satisfactory level of customer service.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment will be advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills required for a front line customer support role
- Sound computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is preferred
- A background in parts sales and good mechanical aptitude would be highly regarded
- Current drivers licence
- Maintains a high level of Safety and Housekeeping in all aspects of both company property and employee safety.
- Organizes day to day activities so as to complete the teams tasks on time.
- Establishes and develops relationships with staff, management, customers, and suppliers or in contact with the general public when representing the Company.
- Self analyses and suggests recommendations for their individual learning objectives and those of their team.
- Possesses the capacity to interpret the customer’s needs correctly, suggesting options to the end user for additional sales.
