The Role

YHI POWER is committed to providing our employees with growth opportunities and profit-sharing. We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Solar Battery Sales Representative to join our sales team in our Brisbane branch located at Wacol.

You will be responsible for directly selling company solar products to customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

- Direct Sales Excellence:

1. Engage in proactive sales activities.

2. Build and maintain business relationships with existing customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of client's needs to deliver effective battery solutions

-  Market Expansion:

3. Identify new business opportunities and expand our footprint in the QLD market.

4. Stay informed and adapt the strategies to align with the market trend and client needs.

-  Sales Targets and Growth:

5. Achieve and exceed sales volume targets, driving the growth of our business in QLD.

6. Continuously explore new business avenues, contributing to the overall success and expansion of YHI POWER.

Requirement:

  1. Demonstrated sales experience in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is preferred, but not an essential.
  2. Strong communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  3. Strong analytical abilities to identify market trends and customer needs.
  4. Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  5. Has a positive, can-do attitude.
  6. Passionate about your work and ambitious
  7. Well organized and pay attention to details.
  8. Valid Driver Licence
