**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
- Lead, manage, and inspire a dynamic team of 8-20 personnel
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained
- Adapt effectively to last-minute changes in plans
- Engage with clients professionally and handle pressure situations adeptly

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a General Manager in a technical/engineering manufacturing facility
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and understanding CAD drawings
- Familiarity with mechanical manufacturing processes
- Excellent people management and communication skills
