**Your Role**:
We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced senior recruiter, ideally with property industry experience but this is NOT mandatory - other professional environments, professional services and finance background will be considered. This permanent role will be based onsite with one of Australia's leading Real Estate companies, recruiting across a broad and compelling portfolio.
Based in Sydney, this is an autonomous role where you will be instrumental in driving the success of the recruitment delivery offering, delivering full end-to-end recruitment processes whilst also providing first-class strategic sourcing support in a high-touch model across a broad range of roles.

**About you**:
You will come with demonstrated senior recruitment experience with a strong expertise and confident when dealing with, but to really stand out from the crowd, you will have a customer focused nature about you.
You are highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome focused with demonstrated experience in managing and delivering recruitment activities. You have an ability to work calmly in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities and deliverables. A true business partner, you are strong on stakeholder management and can consult with confidence, leveraging your prior experience and bringing your own market insights to the table.
