The Company
Our client is an established Australian fund manager that empowers financial advisers to deliver on their clients' investment objectives. They do this by partnering with advisers to provide access to a truly universal offering including global investments, contemporary investment solutions, and unique insight to a range of investment options.

The firm is seeking a motivated individual that will work closely with senior distribution executives working across a range of activities that deepen existing Financial Adviser and Dealer Group relationships across the business as well as assisting with new business opportunities.

You will be a key contact for a broad spectrum of clients, managing & delivering projects and operational outcomes. You will be passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships with your customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handling queries, develop and maintain key relationships with intermediary clients; from Financial Planners to dealer groups
  • Managing client onboarding and proactively seek out operational solutions in support of advisors and their clients, from trading requirements to settlement follow ups, handling placements and sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution of key account strategies

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and customers
  • A passion for relationship management and demonstrate strong client presentation skills
  • A willing attitude to learn and motivation for results
  • Knowledge of investment and superannuation platforms and financial planning software will be highly regarded
  • 2 - 5 years suitable and relevant industry experience
  • Experience as a DA or financial adviser with a few years experience would be highly desirable
