Award winning residential builder who build over 1000 homes a year throughout Metro & regional VIC. An established business with a fantastic reputation for developing its staff.

Due to growth within the 'non-retail' business, my client are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator/manager to join the team & manage a diverse range of projects across retirement/aged care, government & medium density townhouses.

**The role**:

- Manage Pre-Construction process including town planning & design
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are on track
- Manage the project during contraction
- General Contract Administration
- Liaise with Site team to ensure quality delivery of projects

**About you**
- 3 + years working in a construction environment or similar role
- Happy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work toward deadlines
- Contract admin, Estimating or Project Coordination experience
