Job Description Summary

a) Ensure that you fully understand the scope of work of any project or program that you are working on.

b) Ensure that you are able to articulate the Critical Path Items towards the delivery end milestone.

c) Ensure that you are able to communicate the project goals and current status of the work

d) Understand all client imperatives (time, quality, price, KPI and processes management) and ensure all site activities progress in accordance with it.

f) Manage our client’s expectations on a day to day, month to month and project level basis at a regional level.

g) Undertake Site Visits that may include; Inspections, Scoping Visits, Design Visits, Pre-start Visits, Site Inductions, Site Supervision, HSE and Quality Audits.

h) Work closely with the Field based team members to co-ordinate start dates, site inductions, inspections, material delivery and resolve site-based design and construction issues efficiently as they arise.

i) Utilise all tools that have been made available to manage workload in a controlled and professional manner (i.e. Database, PC’s, general IT equipment, office and engineering procedures and training).

j) Ensure that Service Streams database is accurately maintained in accordance with any data cut off times, specifically ensuring accuracy of the forecasts and actual milestones

k) Ensure that you are able to manage your Work In Progress through the use of a Site Scope generated report

l) Manage sub-contractor and consultant resources in accordance with company procedures and utilizing tools such as subcontractor database, subcontractor agreement, Purchase Order Database, Professional Services Agreement.

m) Ensure that subcontractors are appropriately qualified and experienced to carry out the works required of them and ensure that suitable resources are available to complete the works.

n) Understand and manage the processes relating to tenure agreements, environmental approvals, site design and constructability. Escalate matters where you are not satisfied on the input of other parties.

o) Ensure that all site works under your control have a Quality Control Audit completed prior to Handover to the Client (Also ensuring that any Corrective Actions Requests are also completed)

p) Ensure that all client handover documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner post completion of either SAED or Construction activities.
