The ‘Principal Pursuits Partner - Buildings + Places’ is responsible for efficient and high calibre support for pursuit and business development activities across the B+P business line and the wider NAC business.

Reporting to the ‘Strategic Pursuits Manager - NAC’, you will help technical teams understand and execute capture planning and support priority bids. You will play an important role, acting as the ‘client voice’ to test assumptions and support effective decision making.
- Help identify the most important pursuits, and work with Marketing to lead capture planning
- Prepare and produce high-level bid submissions for strategic opportunities
- Participate in Go/No Go meetings for future opportunities
- Develop and edit graphics
- Drive bid debriefs
- Support the delivery of bid training
- Develop marketing collateral

**Qualifications**
You want to help build a better world. With an eye for detail and a laser-like focus on what clients’ need, you are passionate about helping people win business and build fantastic careers.

With a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevent role, you’ve already laid the foundations for a great career in proposal management and are currently in a senior pursuit support role.

Qualified in marketing, communications or similar, you will have had previous exposure to a professional services environment.
