**Regional Operations Manager**

**The Company**
We are a nationally recognised Transport and Logistics company. We are known for our excellent product quality and high standards of customer service. This role is based in the Melbourne area with periodic travel to other sites in your region.

**The Role**
As the Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing operations and safety of seven of our branches across Victoria and Tasmania. In this role you will drive change in the business and assist with integration into our new systems.

**Duties**
- Maintain Company WHS Standards
- Manage Teams up to 15 per Site
- Consumables Management
- Yard and Workshop Operation Management
- Oversight of Third-Party Depots

**Skills and Experience**
- 5 Years experience in Operations Management
- Tertiary Education in Business Management, Logistics and or Supply Chain
- Experience with 5S and Six Sigma Principles
- Strong Leadership Skills and Safety Focus
- Excellent Time Management Skills
