**This position will be based at Morisset Hospital working in the Neuropsychiatry inpatient unit.**

**About the job**:
This role offers a variety of customer service, administrative, and clerical support to ensure the delivery of efficient, patient-focused services. Key administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing rostering and vacancies
- Handling reception duties
- Ordering stationery
- Performing typing, photocopying, and data collection
- Filing and coordinating client appointments
- Scheduling and monitoring appointments for the team

A typical work week runs from Monday to Thursday, between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm. During this time, the Administration Officer will deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the Neuropsychiatry inpatient unit achieves its goals effectively and consistently. Support for the Administration Officer will be provided by the Nurse Manager and Clinical Information Manager.
