Roller Derby Heaven (RDH) has been at the heart of Australia’s skate scene for over 30 years — from roller derby and recreational skating to inline, skateboarding, and scooters. We’re a family-owned, grassroots business based in Morisset, NSW, passionate about connecting skaters with the best gear, advice, and service.

We’re looking for a **Retail & Admin Assistant** to join our friendly team. This casual/part-time position is ideal for someone reliable, proactive, and personable — especially if you have an interest in skating, skateboarding, or scooters.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Retail & Customer Service**
- Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Provide gear recommendations and support with fittings and sizing
- Process sales using our POS system
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer enquiries
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays

**Admin & Dispatch Support**
- Process online orders and prepare items for dispatch
- Communicate with couriers and update customers on order status
- Address & resolve logístical issues to ensure smooth operations
- Perform general office tasks: data entry, filing, supply ordering
- Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory counts
- Maintain accurate dispatch and stock records

**General Support**
- Help prioritise daily tasks and schedule dispatch activities
- Resolve minor logístical issues and customer service concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent **customer service** and communication skills
- Strong **organisational** and **multitasking** abilities
- Detail-oriented with a **proactive, can-do** attitude
- Confident using **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using a **Point-of-Sale (POS) system** (training provided)
- Previous experience in **retail, dispatch, or office admin** is preferred
- An interest or background in **skating, scooters, or skateboarding** is a big plus

**Job Details**
- **Job Type**: Casual / Part-Time
- **Location**: Morisset, NSW
- **Hours: 15-25 hours per week**:

- **Monday, Tueday & Wednesday with occasional Saturdays**:

- **Pay**: In line with Retail Award rates (dependent on age and experience)
