**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform construction administration tasks with precision and efficiency
- Data entry and management
- Assist with collating payroll data
- Support contract management processes
- Help onboard new employees, fostering a welcoming environment
- Order and maintain office inventory
- Keep accurate plant records
- Assist with compliance management
- Maintain document control

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Exposure to the building/construction industry
- Qualifications in administration, project management, accounting, or bookkeeping
- A proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Pay: $48,384.72 - $86,203.98 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)
