The Accounts Receivable Clerk role will be responsible for all aspects of credit control in accordance with hotel policy.

You will conduct your duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Ensure that all invoices with corresponding back-ups are processed in a timely manner for e.g. SPG, gift certificates, Fly buy account and Marriott affiliated accounts
- Post, edit, balance and update accounts receivable ledger in Opera
- Ensure accurate processing and allocation of credit card payments with Opera vs bank statements and credit card merchant reports
- Balancing daily transfers to City Ledger, posting editing and updating to Opera
- Post credit cards on a daily basis and reconcile

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to create positive relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience working in the hospitality industry will be highly regarded
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts.
- Experience with Opera will be highly regarded
