We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our busy and highly varied Finance team based in Burwood. This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior experience in administration, accounts, or data entry, looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Bank Statements on a daily basis
- Liaise and follow up with Departments for Receipt and Payment details
- Reconcile and follow up Vehicle Debtors
- Answer Dealership Vehicle funds receipt queries
- Reconcile and follow up Parts & Service Debtors
- Monthly reconciliation for Bank Accounts
- Monthly reconciliation for both Vehicle and Parts & Service Debtors
- Ensure daily processing of Vic Roads payments
- Process Daily Banking Deposits
- Undertake other clerical duties as required

About you:

- Previous experience in an accounts or administration role
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
