We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Goods Receiving Clerk who has strong communication and interpersonal skills to join Invetech.

What you will deliver

As a Goods Receiving Clerk, you will receive incoming material in line with ERP work instructions. In addition, you will:
Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.

Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria and have no damage to packing.

Receiving and signing for deliveries and transacting goods receipt into ERP system.

Unloading deliveries from couriers, trucks and containers.

Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.

Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas, decanting to appropriate containers/bins as required.

Maintaining records of orders, delivery details, etc.

Other duties as required

What you will bring

You will warehouse experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to hit the ground running. In addition, you will bring:
Forklift licence

Time management skills and attendance reliability.

Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations and inventory management processes

Physical dexterity and experience operating both reach and counterbalance forklifts

Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs/SAP ERP.

Basic math skills.
