As a **Production Coordinator**, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring VFX projects run **smoothly** and **on schedule**. You’ll collaborate with artists, supervisors, and production teams to keep everything on track

- Key Responsibilities**
**Schedule, track, and manage** VFX production workflows
- ️
**Coordinate shot deliveries, dailies, and artist assignments**
- ️
Maintain **ShotGrid databases** to keep everything organised
**Allocate resources** and support production planning
- ️
Work closely with the team to **meet deadlines and milestones**
**Problem-solve and communicate effectively** across departments

- About You**
- **2-3+ years of experience in VFX production coordination**
- Strong knowledge of **ShotGrid** and other tracking tools
- ️
- Experience in **scheduling, resourcing, and tracking progress**
- ️
- Excellent **communication & organisational** skills
- ️
- Ability to **thrive under pressure** and adapt to changing priorities
- **Must be based in Sydney** and have full work rights in Australia
