**About the Company**

A market-leading retailer is looking for a Project Coordinator/Administrator to join their team and work across a variety of Hardware focused projects.

**About the Role**

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting & coordinating the delivery of IT hardware installations into their stores, acting as the conduit between IT teams, stakeholders and in-store personnel. You will also be responsible for:

- Delivery of completed Operational Sign off for every successful upgrade
- Escalation, tracking and management of issues to satisfactory resolution within allocated timeframes
- Working alongside and in conjunction with IT support team to ensure timely delivery of projects within the scheduled stores
- Information gathering and analysis
- Tracking of store readiness, implementation, and after-upgrade support
- Escalating and tracking of all issues to satisfactory resolution

**About You**

In order to be a successful applicant you will have demonstrated experience working within an IT Hardware focused role. You will also have:

- Mature and logical approach to prioritization and escalation
- Ability to work under pressure with competing activities running concurrently
- Ability to provide input to the program through stakeholder partnership, judgement, accountability, learning agility
- Proficient in Microsoft suite skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Previous project experience/understanding of project practices
- Understanding of IT terminology and IT communication hardware, as well as the ability to translate technical issues into simple language
