Easy authoring is seeking an experienced ICT Technical Delivery Lead to join a large program of work managing ICT project Workstreams within a large government department.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for delivery performance to the project pipeline and roadmap.
- Optimise the way in which the development teams work, including practices, organisation, and resources to promote team dynamics and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Deliver strong customer service and customer experience and ensure service commitments are met.

**Technical Delivery Skills**
- Tertiary qualifications with demonstrable and comprehensive experience of ten or more years as a Technical Delivery Lead/ Delivery Manager on at least 4 major complex projects
- Large projects or programs with multiple work streams operating in parallel with internal and external dependencies
- Experience as a Technical Delivery lead with prior experience in development and/or technical analysis and/or solution design is highly desirable
- Extensive experience in the management of solution delivery (inhouse, SaaS), maintenance, and support.
- Well-versed in the system development lifecycles and their relationship to project delivery methods including waterfall and agile.
- Advanced interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills with the ability and capacity to exercise initiative, build credibility and provide expert advice to influence outcomes.
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to structure and articulate messages to different audiences.
- Demonstrated people management responsibilities and/or allocation of resources within a department or project environment.
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills across a wide range of stakeholders.

**Integration Skills**:

- Must have Microsoft Azure experience
- Application Integration product capabilities
- Proven experience with new integration platforms/APIs
- Porting or migration projects from legacy integration footprints to modern integration landscapes

**Data Skills**:

- Demonstrable experience in implementing data integration projects
- Data integration product capabilities
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring that the underlying problem is understood, and a robust approach/solution is developed.
- General understanding of data architecture and design and work with the architect to deliver outcomes based on the business requirements
