**About the opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a passionate and proactive Technical Support Officer who will be responsible for providing specialist technical support across our systems and services. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting users with technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvements in our IT environment.

**Key Accountabilities**:
The **Technical Support Officer** is accountable for:

- Delivering IT technical support to the system
- Monitoring and reporting technical support queries to inform root cause analysis and development of potential solutions
- Providing desktop support
- Identifying improvements to technical support processes and procedures
- Supporting the ICT Trainees

**Typical experience and qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study
- Appropriate demonstrated experience
- Understand and contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of relevant strategic initiatives and operational plans
