**What this opportunity involves**:
This is a part-time position and a wonderful opportunity for those seeking to progress in the commercial real estate industry. This role assists the head office-based Property Managers with the delivery of quality property management services across their portfolios, including commercial office, industrial and shopping centres around Adelaide.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Accounts payable & receivable
Undertaking monthly property inspections
Assist the Property Managers with monitoring tenant arrears, monthly reporting, annual budgets and outgoing reconciliations
Liaising with contractors, tenants, owners as required
Lease administration
General administration, filing and other office administrative and property related tasks as required

Passion for quality - has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services
Be highly organised with strong time management and prioritising skills
Previous accounts payable and receivable experience is highly desirable
Previous property experience is preferable
