**Role**:Student Recruitment OfficerAbout the Role**:
As the Student Recruitment Officer at CAC Brisbane, your primary role involves engaging with potential students through online inquiries and agent networks to meet our target enrollment numbers. It's essential to have a deep understanding of our offerings and stay updated to effectively match students with the right programs. Collaborating with agents is vital, including providing product information, training on promotion, and creating engagement letters for new partners. You'll also monitor lead sources and agent performance, proactively seeking ways to improve lead quality and conversion rates to meet or exceed our KPIs consistently.
**Selection Criteria**
- Bachelor's degree in any field required.
- Prior experience in student recruitment and related practices is essential.
- Strong ability to multitask, plan, and organise time effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets, increasing revenue, and optimising profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Thoroughly grasp the needs of potential students.
- Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
- Adopt a welcoming, empathetic approach toward potential students.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospects, providing well-rounded advice and course recommendations.
- Stay in touch with agents and keep them updated on our course promotions.
- Conduct off site agent visits to build relationships and source new agents to add to our partner list.
- Organise workshops in collaboration with agents and industry partners to attract new students.
- Have an understanding of product pricing strategies.
- Follow up on all warm leads to ensure timely closure before cohort intake dates.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of surpassing quotas and achieving results in a target-driven setting.
- Maintain up-to-date records and weekly progress reports on KPIs.

Pay: $52,797.43 - $116,524.51 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
