This is your opportunity to join our passionate team as a **Recruitment Officer** to ensure that we are able to continually provide high quality support for our clients with multiple full-time roles vacant.

**What are the Key Responsibilities?**

- **Build strong relationships**: Develop and maintain close working relationships with our leaders to understand their team dynamics, client needs, and staffing requirements.
- **Recruitment strategy**: Create and implement tailored recruitment plans for the teams that you will be supporting.
- **Screening and selection**: Conduct initial screening of applicants, arrange interviews, and participate in assessment centres.
- **Talent pipeline**: Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
- **Reporting and analytics**: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

**What are we looking for?**

- Someone currently studying a related field such as HR or Business, a recent graduate or just someone passionate about internal recruitment (experience preferred but not necessary).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Understanding of disability support services and the NDIS is desirable.

If successful you will also be required to obtain a NDIS Worker and Working with Children clearances (we can support).
