**FULL JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are currently seeking Civil Supervisors with experience in concrete structures, bulk and detailed earthworks and drainage. If you are experienced in any of the listed fields, you are strongly encouraged to apply

**PROVEN CAPABILITIES OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF**
- Concrete structures for resource clients
- Detailed earthworks and underground services
- Culvert and drainage installation

**DUTIES OF THE ROLE**
- Manage labour, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works.
- Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behaviours.
- Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
- Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce.
- Manage work packs, work orders and complete time and attendance daily.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate day to day works.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Appointed Persons - Schedule 26.
- Working Rights within Australia.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Able to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings.
- Able to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
- Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management is advantageous.
