Civmec is entering an exciting phase of growth and diversification within our Construction division—and we’re looking for experienced Civil Supervisors to join our team.

Whether you prefer a 2:1 FIFO Roster or 2:1 DIDO Roster we offer flexible arrangements to suit your lifestyle

The Role

- Supervise civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete structures, and site preparation.

- Be familiar with construction components including earthworks, services, concrete procedures and statutory requirements

- Plan work activities and identify hazards and controls in consultation with employees

- Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections and project scheduling

- Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work

- Execute the construction portion of project plans through detailed planning and day-to-day direction of field activities

- Conduct and record site inspections and risk assessments (including Hazard ID, risk analysis and control)

- Communicate and report on HSE issues/incidents (e.g. toolbox meetings) and participate in the resolution of HSE issues

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

- Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experiencein construction.

- WA Statutory Supervisor S26 Qualification

- Demonstratedexperience performing detailed civil earthworks,drainage, kerbing, asphalt, and hard landscaping.

- Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills.
