**CIVIL SUPERVISORS REQUIRED**

**The Role**
Collar Group are currently working alongside one of the region’s fasting growing civil construction & earthmoving businesses.

We are currently recruiting for several Civil Supervisors for a variety of road upgrade & infrastructure projects. Roles are working FIFO on a 8:6 or 2:1 ex Perth.

**Permanent positions working on a variety of projects including**:
**FMG - Iron Bridge**

**BHP - Port Hedland**

Vehicle or vehicle allowance with Fuel card, Mobile, Laptop will be included.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
- Supervise and lead a team of construction staff and site operatives, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as required.
- Monitor construction progress, identify any potential issues or risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.

**Successful applicants will have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience in civil construction, road & infrastructure upgrades
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Be computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the project team & management.
- FMG or BHP Inductions
