**Are you ready to make a significant impact in workforce management?** We are seeking a Roster/Workforce Coordinator to optimize our Customer Services teams across the state.

**About the role**

As the Roster/Workforce Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of V/Line’s Customer Services Group. You will be responsible for developing and managing efficient rosters that ensure optimal allocation of staff, enhancing service delivery across the state.
- Key Accountabilities include:_
- Development/planning of master and short-term rosters for station staff and conductors, including leave rosters and requests
- Maintenance of employee and roster data within the rostering system and allocation to staff
- Ensuring compliance with rostering principles, safety management requirements, and fatigue risk management.
- Supporting the migration to the Hastus 2023 rostering system and championing its effective use.
- Conducting post-Day of Operations analysis to identify improvements and efficiencies.
- Working closely with regional management teams and supporting their use of the rostering system

We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
- 1-2 years of experience in Roster Planning.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
