**The Client**:
We're currently working with a financial-services client that due to strong expansion in the company are looking to bring on a Contingent Workforce Coordinator for an initial 12-month contract with a high likelihood of future extension.

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with procurement to educate and support people leaders with contingent workforce processes and available resources (i.e., Contract renewals, conversion to employee, how to manage unsatisfactory service delivery).
- Provide administrative support and coordination for events and/or workshops offered to the contingent workforce.
- Manage employment suitability screening in line with policy requirements and vendors agreements.
- Coordinate and manage day 1 induction activities including bookings for induction sessions, collection of security pass, office tour, handovers to IT helpdesk and people leaders.
- Proactively monitor overall progress of onboarding tasks in ServicePortal across business units to ensure day 1 readiness and a successful start to the engagement.
- Periodic reporting on completion status of online modules assigned in the HRIS, escalating to People leaders as required.
- Manage ServicePortal offboarding tasks in a timely manner to ensure a smooth transition.
- Liaise with the security officer to ensure Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearances are withdrawn on termination of a contingent worker.
- Maintain contingent workforce records in the HRIS ensuring new entrants, changes to engagement and leavers are reflected in a timely manner;
- Creating support resources (i.e., Guides, frameworks, FAQs) and ensuring these are up-to-date; and partnering with key stakeholders, lead or contribute to projects and initiatives that continue to improve and mature the support model.

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:

- Australian citizenship required and prior NV1 clearance advantageous.
- Experience as a Workforce Coordinator or within workforce procurement.
- A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field is preferable.
- High attention to detail with a thorough and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated capability in coordinating processes with excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong customer service focus and passion for building collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with others, with an ability to be responsive in responding to all requests keeping in mind who needs to be kept informed of updates/changes.
- Confident computer skills, Microsoft Office and excel proficiency are essential.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Active listener who seeks to understand and is comfortable clarifying or escalating when required.
