Workforce Coordinator Role Overview

The successful Workforce Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently scheduling crew to achieve labor efficiency and successful event outcomes.

This is a casual position that requires the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines, ensuring accurate payroll costs and skills mix on each job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Roster casual and full-time crew to meet show delivery needs
  • Manage rostering and payroll system to ensure accurate data capture and authorization
  • Plan rostering of full-time and casual crew to minimize payroll costs and ensure accurate skills mix
  • Liaise with venues to arrange utilization of all crew as required
  • Respond to general phone inquiries to confirm staff shifts and troubleshoot where necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly developed time management skills
