We are on the hunt for our new team member to help us drive and expand our business. You will be the frontrunner with a view to building a bigger presence in the market, supported by the team and our Head Office in Brisbane.

We are looking for a focused sales professional who thrives in an environment where delivered KPI's and targets are met with EXCEPTIONAL REWARDS. You will be responsible for developing and growing your desk through
**cold / warm** calling and reactivating dormant accounts. You will offer your clients a professional and robust service in a way that genuinely sets us apart from our competitors. You will also undertake the full 360 degree recruitment process from BD to final placement, following our proven methodology. This includes all the support from the entire team and the directors of the business who are on the floor with the rest of the team, helping you achieve exceptional outcomes.

**Your Reward**

Commissions = $120K PLUS in Year One with an expectation to exceed $160K in year TWO Commissions are uniquely accelerated and UNCAPPED$$$

This role will see you working from our office and / or your home office / serviced office depending on location and being supported from the Brisbane based HQ team, with daily contact with Directors and face to face meetings monthly.
