I am looking for a
**Lead Recruitment Consultant** with experience with Local Councils, Not For Profit, and State governments who brings a high level of professionalism and drive to assist us in developing and growing our Permanent recruitment desk.

**Your role**:

- You will be running a permanent desk across the QLD government and not-for-profit client base.
- This work will include Retained permanent processes for government clients and local councils.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our existing client base.
- This role will require strong business development skills and be responsible for growing new business leads within the QLD market.
- You will have access to the entire QLD market with the opportunity to develop and segregate the permanent sector in the future.
- Utilise current talent pools and existing clients to continue to build PSP’s brand in the Local Government space.
- Develop professional relationships with QLD State Government.
- Assisting with the development and growth of new Associate Consultants.
- 2IC in the state manager's absence.
- Lead external stakeholder meetings and presentations.
- You will be required to develop proposals and be part of tender processes to win new work.
- Experience in government recruitment (desirable)
- 3-5 years in a 360-position with strong experience recruiting permanent roles | Retained executive search experience (essential)
- Someone who wants to develop leadership capabilities
- Someone to bring a high level of professionalism and set a positive example to our Associate Consultants.
- You have the Motivation and drive to be a market leader
- Strategic mindset - someone who can think outside of the box and have the ability to counsel and provide insight and advice to clients.
- Willingness to make outbound business development calls and strive to become an industry professional.
