We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join Anson McCade in Brisbane – someone with a passion for people, an interest in technology, and a desire to build something meaningful.

This role will involve supporting existing clients, delivering embedded recruitment projects (RPO-style), and helping to grow new accounts. You'll have genuine flexibility, room to progress, and the chance to work with a supportive, experienced team.

What we're looking for

  • Some recruitment or sales experience (ideally in tech or professional services)
  • On-site or RPO experience a bonus but not essential
  • Confidence speaking with clients and candidates at all levels
  • A proactive, positive attitude and desire to learn
  • Someone who enjoys collaborating but can also work independently
