The opportunity:
We are expanding our People X team, with a newly created HR Administrator position to join our shared services model for our APNA region.
This fast-paced role, supporting an exciting period of growth and transition, will see you provide efficient and effective support to our HR teams across Australia, New Zealand, East Asia and Greater China on a range of HR activities and system management.
With a strong focus on process improvement, this opportunity will also support the team as we transition to a new HRIS system, Success Factors (SAP) and Finance System.
An understanding of payroll functions would also be a great advantage in the role.
Role responsibilities:

- Onboarding new starters into the system and monitoring probationary periods
- Managing the administration component of terminations, role changes, transfers, and changes to conditions of employment
- Preparation of letters and other documentation
- Maintaining employee files and filing
- Producing reports from the HRIS system
- Conducting VEVO, Police & Qualification Checks
- Answering HR related enquires and ensuring they are dealt with correctly in a positive, friendly, and professional manner
- Working effectively in a small team to achieve operational targets
- Dealing with multiple stakeholders from within the region
- Supporting the HR team with administration duties as required
- What you’ll bring to the team:

- Strong administrative skills and take pride in delivering to a high standard
- A relevant qualification in an HR related discipline (or similar)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing conflicting priorities
- Proactive problem-solving skills enabling you to ‘think outside the box’ when seeking opportunities to improve service or processes
- Ability to contribute positively and effectively toward team outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Possess good stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across different regions and cultures
- Be self-motivated and solutions focused with a passion for people and HR service delivery
- Previous experience with HR systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors, will be highly regarded.
