This is a full-time permanent role working in Adelaide’s Northern suburbs offering a truly flexible work environment, family leave policies and a global recognition program - are you getting excited yet?

**Your new role**

A typical day would cover a range of activities including;
- Managing the employee lifecycle covering all events from onboarding through to offboarding
- Providing guidance on items such as; HR Operations, International & Domestic Mobility, Payroll and Reward and Service queries
- Co-ordination and case management of employee benefit programs
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of HR Services delivery
- Project manage introduction of global initiatives to improve employee experience

**What you'll need to succeed**

This is a position for a Human Resources Professional who can come in and hit the ground running operationally. You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and personal confidence to deliver advice to HR Business Partners, managers and employees. You are someone who gets excited by innovation and has strong digital capabilities with a passion for good customer service.

In addition, you will have the following skills:

- Previous HR administration experience with knowledge of HR practices, policies and processes covering the entire employee life cycle
- Previous experience with immigration, international & domestic relocation and mobility services
- Strong working knowledge and comfort pivoting between different HR systems
- Experience leading and/or working on implementation of digital platforms
- Passionate about process improvement to prioritise employee experience
