We are looking for HR Business Partners to work across our newly created Talent & Transformation and Employee Relations & Advisory streams. HR Business Partner (Multiple Positions)
These are true HR generalist roles covering talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, HR projects, policies and systems, employee experience and, diversity and belonging. As a HR Business Partner at Parliament of Victoria, you will build strong relationships with your stakeholders and deliver outcomes-focused advice on a range of generalist HR matters.
You will deliver HR services that align with the organisational objectives at both the strategic and operational levels. In the role, you will form part of a team that leads innovation and change by anticipating HR-related needs and delivering strategic solutions.
Skills that set you apart
You have knowledge of contemporary HR and ER practices with previous experience in consultancy or business partnering. You are solutions focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to form meaningful relationships and influence decision making.
You confidently contribute as a collaborative member of a small and high-performing, team. We believe in working with your strengths - if you have a specialist skillset or interest area, we would love to hear about it.
